Elden Ring is an action, role-playing game for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. This open-world third-person interactive game created by FromSoftware and made by Bandai Namco is about the exploration of the Lands Between, a land that has been destroyed. The creator of this game, Hidetaki Miyazaki also made Dark Souls and this game was to be a sequel to Dark Souls. The player travels and collects runes that can restore the Elden Ring while conducting combats. The appeal of this game is the possibility of a wide-ranging exploration that can be achieved in one’s own individual or personal manner.

The player’s journey is to become in the end the ruler of the land while unraveling various mysteries and secrets along the way. There can be different outcomes of the game as well depending on how we play this game. Instead of becoming the ruler another ending can involve destruction. The ending depends on the actions of the player.

Apart from battling the bosses, we need to collect various items that can improve our chances of winning with our opponents that include enhancing our weapons our improving our health. Horizon Forbidden West is an open-world game that is the continuation of Horizon Zero Dawn. The game is about the exploration of the huge world, including the underground and water. It contains elements that refer to the previous game. The main protagonist Aloy fights AI HADES that hasn’t been destroyed in the previous game. She needs to stop the destruction of the Earth. We get acquainted with tribes, but we can choose our own story as well as Aloy’s character. In Horizon Forbidden West we travel and collect various tools, and fight opponents that include other tribes, machine-like bosses, various beasts, or other humans. We get rewards for defeated opponents.

Horizon Forbidden West have various modes of moving such as flying, diving, or climbing. Exploration is enhanced through the tools we have at our disposal such as hang-gliders or ropes. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is the next episode of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and takes place in Aionios. It is an action role-playing game for Nintendo Switch about Alrest inhabited by Titans. In this world that is made of colonies, the nations of Keves and Agnus’s are manipulated into fighting with each other due to no apparent reason. These puzzles make the core of this game. At times, the cat needs to simply avoid danger.

Stray performs better on PS5 rather than PS4.

God of War Ragnarok Review

God of War Ragnarok is the continuation of God of War about Sparta’s God of War and its son Atreus with various enhancements and has become one of the games of the year. The story is also the continuation of what happened earlier. There is a war between gods, but Atreus, the main protagonist is older now.

We have an idea what is going to happen because it has been foretalled that are occurring according to Nordic mythology. Atreus decides to free Tyre, the Nordic god of War. Freya wants to take revenge on Kratos and Atreus who killed her son, Baldur.

We can explore all nine kingdoms such as snowy Midgard, Ironwood, sandy Alfheim, rocky Svartalfheim, spell-bounding Jotunheim, hot Vanaheim, Helheim, Muspelheim, and Asgard, the land of Gods, and face what is to be the end of the world or Ragnarok while Filbumwinter or never-ending winter makes havoc across the lands. Amidst all the battles we also need to solve puzzles and complete the tasks needed to do that. We can also travel on a boat, use a sleigh, and discover various locations

In God of War Ragnarok, the player controls Kratos, who is a God of War according to Greek mythology. Loki as partly human and partly god can also be played. Kratos and Atreus are preparing for the battle in Midgard to take over Asgard. It is the sequel based on Nordic Mythology and the continuation of previous episodes.

With the latest 4k technology, God of War Ragnarok impresses with the realistic rendering of the environment. God of War Ragnarok is best played on PS5, but also older consoles can render this game sufficiently. It is also available for PC.
